N$N Klippa - Rare Form [Review]

May 17, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

Review: 4 out of 5

“Classic west coast production. This song is the essence of gangsta rap. Raw lyrics over simple g funk style production.

Poppin it while boasting about everyday living on the West Coast. Definitely a song for your summer playlist for any gangsta party. ”

    NinetyNine -Miss You So [Review]

May 17, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

    Rating: 4 out of 5

“The song comes on with anticipation. It has a nice string of guitars to a song filled with emotions. NinetyNine’s “Miss You So” is about having your heart broken and the process of wanting it to be put back together. Not many people can express themselves to songs but this does it.”

      Nina Chanel - Anemic [Review]

May 17, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

      Rating : 4 out of 5

“Hard hitting bass complimenting aggressively delivered vocals. Off the top she’s not rapping your typical bars you get or expect nowadays but instead showcasing crazy lyrical ability. The artist stays in pocket while then creating her own pockets with her switch of cadence. Her voice is distinctive and one of one. I could definitely rock out to this .”

        Omar Awbu - Grateful [Review]

May 17, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

        Rating: 4 out of 5

“Just be grateful” is such a powerful yet simple statement. This song should be the first thing you listen to in the morning to start your day motivated and ready to conquer anything. Genius wordplay and use of space and timing. Chill, feel good music. The use of the harmony to add emotion and texture to the second verse is masterful to say the least. Hip hop is definitely alive and thriving with artist like this still out and delivering such musical works as this. ”

          Nature -TV Illusions [Review]

May 17, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

          Rating: 4 out of 5

“High energy percussions with mellow guitar riffs. You can never lose with that type of energy. The artist vocals are smooth and subtle and sit right within the pocket of the production. Feel good music that leaves the listener wanting to hit the dance floor and just jam out. This song flows effortlessly drawing the listener in as it goes. ”

Nick Marcus - Lost In You [Review]

May 15, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

            Rating: 5 out of 5

“This intro is so sexy. You couldn’t find a better musical production to vocal arrangement marriage than this. This song takes you to a time when women stood up in the audience and screamed and fainted while being serenaded by their favorite singers. The vocals are full of flare, texture and feeling. And you can never go wrong with an electric guitar solo. Would love to hear more that this artist has to offer. And turn off the song too soon or you’ll mix the surprising duet masterfully places to end out an already perfect track. ”

May 15, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

              Rating: 4 out of 5

“If you needed the definition of “lyricist”, simply press play. The wordplay over the mellow flowing production is just a vibe. Fell good music. Inspirational delivery without the preachy delivery. The chill flow of this artist just keeps you flowing and listening with the progression of the song. Not a single word wasted. Great listen. Would love to hear more.”

Senobia - Time to Breathe [Review]

May 15, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

                Rating: 4 out of 5

“This is the type of music that makes you feel like you’re in an intimate bar watching the artist perform this directly to you. A soothing jazz arrangement over a smooth live band composition. Romantic lyrics with a sensual delivery. Love how the song climaxes into the artist freely skating and letting go vocally showcasing her range. The mid song breakdown is jazz at its finest. Free and flowing. ”

                  2ndVerse x Mickey Factz x Cooley Sha - Welcome 2 Reality [Review]

May 15, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

                  Rating: 4 out of 5

“You can never go wrong with a solo piano intro. The way the artist deliver the bars is as much poetry as it is music. The expected, deep hip hop production that the song transitions to in the hook is brilliant. 90s 2000s hip hop cadences and flows. Not a line wasted and filled with substance and story telling. I love the conviction of the 2nd verse. This could be a great concert with a head bopping, hip hop groove.”

“Energetic production with almost robotic, yet melodic vocals. Fun , energy driven track. Love the way the artist comes in and out with the lyrics which gives the production a chance to carry the song. Lyrics are very catchy. Fresh, techno, electronic pop sound. Definitely could see this being big overseas .”

“Croony, classic rock vocals and harmonies. Skillful, heart jerking musical performance by the band which only goes to further compliment the overall composition. Well written, well performed. Gives me the feel of when Arrow Smith was everything. This could definitely be a rock classic. ”

The way the artist switches up his cadence every couple of bars shows great skills as an mc. Then having song end on a piano solo was very crafty and well thought out. Overall great listen. Would love to hear more from this artist .”

Even though this is your traditional “trap” song, you can’t sleep on the witty wordplay from Rio. This song makes you wanna get up and make a move. High energy banger. ”

“Fresh sound with light, angelic vocals. Dreamy vibes over live instruments fused with new wave production. This is a jam. Never heard pop delivered this way. This artist has her own unique sound that I would love to hear more from. ”

Social Drag - Remind Me [Music Review]

May 13, 2023 by Travis Erwin in Music, Singer/Songwriter, Adult Contemporary, Country, Rock

                                      Rating: 4 out of 5

“This track from Social Drag feels a bit like a 90s throwback. Could have been released then as Country with an edge, or a Sheryl Crow-esque track about the emotions of failed relationships, but that is not to say the single is dated. It’s not.

And while ‘Remind Me’ doesn’t quite fit the Outlaw or Americana sound of today’s Alt-Country, labels are not what good music is about anyway, and neither are timestamps. This track simply conveys the emotions it was intended with solid talent behind it so for me or anyone to place it in a strict category is a waste of time.

Listen and enjoy, or feel and wallow if you prefer, but either way the intent of the song was established and delivered, and in the the end ... that’s all that matters in the subjective world of expressive art. ”

“The epitome of Hip Hop. Knocking kicks and snares with witty lyrics. The tone of the artist voice allows you to hear the conviction in his lyrics. Well arranged even though the artist doesn’t necessarily ride the beat in the “tradition” way of on beat cadence. Unique, fresh flip on classic Hip Hop.”
