Shuhandz & High Flown - "Reflectionz" (ft. Ellie Hartye)

This is the 2nd single off my new EP with High Flown. This song tells a story about seeing yourself through another's eyes. The artists on this track are all based in NC and came together to create an chill song with an infectious downtempo groove.

This chill EP titled "Apex" was produced over the course of a year in Asheville, NC. Shuhandz and High Flown present a fusion of styles ranging from chill hip hop to slow jams featuring deep vocal cuts and organic instrumentation inspired by the divine nature of the universe and our relationships between others. Shuhandz is a 24 year old music producer living in the blue ridge mountains of North Carolina. Over the years he has produced many styles of electronic music and toured with artists such as RUFUS DU SOL, Cassian, and has also opened for Tchami, Alison Wonderland, Wax Motif, and many others. After discovering his passion for chill music, he teamed up with High Flown to produce a 4 track EP that demonstrates their wide range of production ability.

With this new collaborative EP, Shuhandz & High Flown intend to make an impact on the listener and to create a space where they are freely able to explore themselves through the vehicle of organized sound. These soundscapes have been carefully crafted to take the listener on a journey to unexplored territories of the heart and mind, where the listener can shift into a deep collective experience.

FAY - "Gold Digger"

Swiss born, independent vocalist and songwriter FAY (born Nour Alessandra Fahmy), has an innovative approach to Pop and R&B. She started singing and experimenting with music from a young age, quickly becoming clear that this is the path for her. Moving from Switzerland, to Amman in Jordan and finally to London has majorly affected the influence and style of music that she creates. Having been releasing music through Soundcloud for the past few years, she has a repertoire of tracks that appeal to both the masses and niche audiences. However, it wasn’t until she graduated from university in 2017 that FAY released her first EP, “Purple”, collaborating with London based producers and artists with her music falling under what we would expect from the likes of Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez to alternative artists like Banks or Lorde – but does so in a way that sets her apart from the rest.

Continuing a string of original singles which have racked up over 6,000,000 plays across Soundcloud, Youtube, and Spotify, with over 1,000,000 plays via Soundcloud on their single “Come Around” , Darci is back with a 7th release.

Darci’s 7th release “Life” comes with news from the mysterious project as Darci have revealed themselves to be a duo. On top of sharing more about the nature of Darci the two have shared there are more visuals on the way along with a full fledged project around the corner.

Darci’s latest release shows the duo returning to the laid back bass heavy R&B sound they brought on singles like “Come Around” and “Some Say” but with a refreshing use of heavy 808s adding an extra bounce to the record. Darci continues their theme of offering a change in production style, while remaining true to core elements of the project throughout. “Life” makes for Darci’s second label release as the act is back in action with indie label R&R.

Always one to wear his heart on his sleeve, the north Londoner has fast become known for his known for his honest and conscious approach to hip hop. Patch now announces a new EP project ‘Regard-Less’. Free from any conceptual notions and bored of trying to fit his brand of hip hop into the usual boxes, Patch has delivered a free flowing collection of songs, exchanging typical song structures with emotions. The aim was to let the music flow out naturally, regardless of whether they fitted into any traditional format. He furthers this by saying;

“The idea behind the ep was just to let my thoughts flow out naturally, regardless of whether they fitted into any traditional format. It was also written at a time when I having to remind myself to be true to who I am and have less regard for what anyone else thinks , hence the hyphen in the title. It's a very free flowing project with no defined structure other than the current of emotion flowing through it.”

Whilst not afraid to tackle personal issues and contemplative moods in his more chilled tracks There is an obvious duality to Patch’s music,, he also covers more basic and carnal instincts of a 20 something in London. Coining the philosophy which ties all his music together as ‘Embracing Your Contradictions’, he describes this ethos as "a way of encouraging myself and others to express all elements of who they are, even the bits that don't make sense to the rest of the world."

2016 was a breakthrough year for the burgeoning wordsmith. His debut EP ‘Space Between The Heartbeats’ and following tracks ‘Point Of View’, ‘90s’ and ‘Sketchbook’ all helped establish Patch as a one to watch after being championed by platforms such as Complex, Indie Shuffle, Audiomack, MTV, SBTV, Soundspace and much more.

Dj Karma Camille aka Myra Washington (the singing DJ) is the package that is very hard to come by and one of Music Connection's Magazine Hot 100 unsigned artist of 2015 -2016. 

The talented singer, songwriter, actress, DJ born in Port Arthur, TX home of Janis Joplin and rappers UGK, the eldest of 3 kids that all have a had musical success includes baby brother “Wash “ with hit single “Can’t Trust Thots” and middle sister Brittani Washington (keyboardist) that toured for 7 years with Beyonce’s all girl band. Dj Karma Camille / Myra Washington comes from a very musically inclined family. A child of two parents that are Pastors of a holiness church, DJ Karma Camille/ Myra Washington grew up in the church singing, directing the choir, and playing the drums and she credits that church for sultry voice. Although a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a BA in RATV Communications and a minor in dance, she crafted her skill and made music her first love.
