Varas- Gotta Go [Review]

July 13, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

Rating: 4 out of 5

“This song is big. It sounds like stadium music but also a sound track piece for a movie like “Pulp Fiction”. The whispery delivery of the vocals with the poppy style of drums and guitar in the background. Even the “nah, nah , nah, nah” chant keeps the listener engaged. Then they continue to use that same sample as a form of adlib to bring out the verses. Genius. This song is a bop.”

    Mary Milne -Impossible [Review]

July 13, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

    Rating: 4 out of 5

“Soft snare drum pats, over angelic strings. A story of love’s transparency and unconditional forgiveness. “It’s impossible to love you, but I do” are words any hopeless romantic would die to hear. Mary Milne has the voice of an angel. This song is a definite playlist addition for all the lovers in the world.”

      Rating: 4 out of 5

“Rich Daddy mixed Blues and Rap with a little gospel in single “Bless You”. He speaks on his misunderstandings and his blessings. The song takes you to old school church musical infused with a modern tempo”

July 12, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

        Rating: 4 out of 5

“This songstress does not miss when it comes to the vocals. Clear, crisp and full of conviction. A love story that lets you know everything isn’t perfect, but somehow its perfect for them. Pop style instrumentation. This song is just a feel good vibe. Simple yet complex enough to keep you listening until the end. ”

Luchi Blue x Goldbar x Luka Glisa - Honesty [Review]

July 12, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

          Rating: 4 out of 5

“Playful yet vibrant. The hook gives house music and party vibes. Then the rapper comes into the scene with his chill, laid back delivery. This song could be huge overseas. I can see masses of crowds jumping up and down and just enjoying the song. This song bleeds good energy with simple composition. The beat isn’t complex nor are the lyrics but all together it comes together perfectly for a great listen.”

Xavier Clark- What It Feel Like [Review]

July 12, 2023 by Keshia Gass

            Rating: 4 out 5

“A serenading R&B style track over a snapping drill beat. This may be a new genre being created right in front of our eyes. If you mixed Travis Scott with Tory Lanes it might sound like this. A song about proving those that went against you wrong will always be a winner in a world full of people eager to prove themselves and others wrong. This song could be used for motivation or just to set the vibe of your day. ”

              Austin Bullock -Welcome Home [Review]

July 12, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

              Rating: 4 out of 5

“This jam sounds like 80s movie soundtrack score. Raw, tone vocals not meant to really impress the listener but more create a feel. A continuously riffing lead guitar that acts as the duet partner of the artist showcasing its own sounds and feels throughout the track. Then the classic rock breakdown at the end where the musicians just rock out and go crazy makes this feel like in your face, garage band music. The rock Gods would be proud.”

                MKHL -S.O. [Review]

July 12, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

                Rating: 4 out of 5

“A drill music banger over snappy trap production. Although the track isn’t long it could still serve as one of those album cuts that you grow to love and leaves you wanting more. The artist doesn’t jump out of the speakers with over the top energy but his chill, laid back flow makes this song something you could just ride and vibe out to.”

Mruknow Making - Plays (feat. Young N Fly) [Review]

July 12, 2023 by Kreadiv Kesh

                  Rating: 4 out of 5

“The musical composition is a popular sample which automatically gives the song a nostalgic, relatable edge. The hook is simple and easy to remember so it would work well over live performance crowds. A song simply about popping it and being able to leave with the woman of his choice. A confident but fun fueled song. Definitely something you play when you want to get into yourself and into your mood to step out. ”

                    804iser -Fmd [Music Video Review]

                    Rating: 4 out of 5

“ A heartfelt jam about the lifestyle and troubles of growing up in the hood. Although 804iser speaks on the ways of the streets, he doesn’t glorify it. This is the art of story telling at its finest. His flow and consciousness behind his raps puts him in the category of such West Coast lyricist like Nipsey Hussle & Mozzy. Definite West Coast banger.”

                      Tamara Yasin -Summer [Review]

                      Rating: 4 out 5

“A breath of fresh air to music. Tamara Yasin delivers a fun, cheerful, summer anthem. This song feels good from start to finish. Simple production with instrumental appearances from lost instruments such as ucolalies, maracas, and soft background vocals. If you could place a walk on the beach on a musical composition this is exactly what you would get. Joy as a song.”

“This song puts me in the mind of the great soft rock songs that blessed us as listeners in the 90s & early 2000s. A smooth, sexy groove about a woman who seems to be out of reach of the artist, yet he can’t get enough of her and how she takes his breath away. Wiry, aggressive guitar and head banging percussions. This song has everything any rock fan wants in a jam. Ending out with the guitar doing a masterful solo that only adds the icing to an already great song.”

Madisyn Gifford - For Shaughnessy [Music Video Review]

July 12, 2023 by Travis Erwin in Music, Singer/Songwriter, Commercial, Adult Contemporary

                          Rating: 4 out of 5

“Written for her best friend, ‘For Shaughnessy’ is a tribute to friendship, empathy, and the power of emotional connection. Madisyn Gifford never meant this track to be released but when she shared it with her friend they decided together that this was a song that needed to be shared and heard by others.

The power of friendship is clear and so is the humanity of the writing as well as Gifford’s incredible vocal talent.”

“Light airy vocals deliver The Sweeplings ode to love, ‘Just Like That.’ The duo delivers tangible emotion both vocally and with a carefully created arrangement that pairs perfectly. The track has a slight theatrical edge that adds an almost brooding haunting quality and instills the intensity and fragility of love to the mix. ”

With Reggaeton styled percussions and light horns this is a a happy, energetic, yet romantic track. ”

“Every good band starts in the basement of one of the band members home. Vacant Space sets off those vibes. The drums hit just right and align with the lead singer. The lead singer is consistent and despite the high vocal tone you can interpret every verse. I dig the solo around the 2:20 mark as well. ”

“It’s not everyday you hear a xylophone used as the main instrument in a trap song. That alone shows the genius of both the artist and producer. Feel good music that could make any car ride a real vibe. There are some similarities to artists like Playboy Carti but the artist still delivers with a style of his own. Great overall listen.”
