In 2016, Heavy Heart wrote, recorded and released a new song every month. A year on, and with the project now come full circle, we're putting out all 12 songs together as a collection entitled Keepsake, and as a limited-edition red 12" vinyl LP through I Can & I Will on 31st March 2017.
