“Eric Punzo offers a couple of different vocal styles on this track, and both are engaging. When an artist fully commits to their craft, they sacrifice other parts of their life to spend time alone honing their craft. This song is about sequestering yourself and living like a ‘Criminal’ in self-induced solitary.
Artists are not the only ones to do this, as sometimes we all simply pull away to protect ourselves from others so the nuances of this track have a wide reaching resonance. ”
