ROMA - Under My Shirt [Music Video Review]

August 30, 2021 by Kreadiv Kesh in Music, Album

Rating: 5 out of 5

“ You ever been lost and unsure which direction you are going? Sometimes it can be from life hitting you hard and others times it can be from you trying to escape yourself.

Roma’s new single “Under My Shirt” is a self reflection ballad of finding yourself. Visually walking us through life’s interaction just to reveal how he goes back to a small part of sadness but he still manages to function through it all and find his self on his own.”

    Macharo - D D M [EP Review]

November 01, 2019 by Kreadiv Kesh in Album, Hip-Hop, Rap

    Rating: 3.5 out of 5

“We started off with a mini intro audio movie, which led us to the praises of ‘Amen’. Through the changes of dark and light ‘Vitiligo’; Macharo’ s project ‘DDM’ delivers a different sound with guest features from Stophe Malone and Young Homage ON ‘Usian Bolt’. For most who need no explanation for ‘Hoodie Season’ when you live a ‘Life Like’ this with money over everything except your kids. When the kids go play it leaves time to ‘Celebrate’ success and no more struggles.”

Casey Veggies - Organic [Album Review]

June 30, 2019 by Kreadiv Kesh in Album, Mixtape, Music
“Our parents always stressed how important our “veggies” were to us and the same can go for the music of Casey Veggies. Casey delivers his new album “Organic” as a holistic fuse to everyone’s ears. After a 4 year hiatus Casey returns to give us and all natural and talented album in the midst of clout and hype. Casey is taking a route that not only gains natural and organic listeners but reminds everyone that real authentic music still exists”

Azjah - "Princess Diaries" [Album Review]

May 17, 2019 by Kreadiv Kesh in Album, Music, Rap
        “Dear Diary,

To be a princess is every girls dream. To be the princess of Compton is far from a dream but a reality for artist Azjah. With a strong force and team behind her Azjah drops her debut album “Princess Diaries”. The 12 track album includes two familiar tracks “Spotlight” and “Time for it” but also gives you insight of her daily life and experience so instead of reading her diary just take a listen. ”

Chris O'Bannon - "Sauce Meets World 2" [Album Review]

May 07, 2019 by Kreadiv Kesh in Music, R&B, Rap, Album
“We packed our headphones and decided to take a trip to “Sauce The World”. “Sauce The World” started off a little watery with a few track skipping but before we knew it we were turning the volume up as the album started dripping with sauce. Chris O’Bannon raps about whatever the fuck he wants to but that is what brings so much sauce to this album.”

FLIGHT + WILLZ - "THE ONLY WAY" [Review]

August 24, 2017 by Yung Miss in Music, Album

            Rating: 3 out of 5

            https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/the-only-way/id1271601045

“Today I’ll be reviewing THE ONLY WAY, A project by artist Flight and Willz. So let’s get it started.

The project starts off with the track IZMWay and I really like the smooth vibe of it. As the vocals come in during the track I will say that they seem a tad bit too loud and harsh for such a sultry hip hop beat. I think if they came in a little softer it would mesh better as a whole. Second verse by Willz is a better example of what I mean.

”Go. Ew” follows changing up the vibe of the music with a drum heavy piano guitar beat that reminds me of something early Pharell would produce for Clipse but the two artist in reviewing came off like The Cool Kids on it.

”GunnaWay (Gun Em Down)” has a nice bounce to it and actually has a concept and hook type section that can be recognized right away... Both lyricist seem like they enjoyed rapping and recording this track and that’s always a good thing when you can tell.

”How Did You Figure” has a dope beat to it. Definitely something that I would recommend the duo performing at any nightclub showcases.

Bag Influence is an okay track but the flow in the verses seemed a little sloppy at times. I think this track could have been left off of the project.

Mags vs. Clips is a cool track as well. Reminded me of Three Six Mafia at times! That’s not a bad thing!

TokyoWay is next and I see a familiar name for one of the features. Shout out to Navelle. Getting into the track I think the hook could have been cleaner quality wise and it would have added to the enjoyment of it. The energy is def there tho!

WolvesWay has a dope Kanye sample and I notice a theme now with WAY being included in the song titles. Always dope to have a consistent concept thruout your project. It solidifies it so salute for that!

EZ Call starts and I’m a little iffy on the beat but it grew on me the more I listened to it. This is probably a track that the duo can perform LIVE as well. Something the crowd can potentially sway too.

I’m not really feeling Eternity that much. Intro was cool and then it went downhill from there. Things start to pick back up about a minute into the track tho!

            SUMMARY
This project seems like something two homeboys worked together on in a home studio. Nothing wrong with that! Always good to stay productive! I would say that quality could be improved when it is time for a more serious album release. I would say do a video for IZMWay to promote the project and hit the streets!
