MOGZ is a Bangladeshi/American artist, record producer & director from the Rampart District, Los Angeles. He’s has been providing a stunning look at the true art within Los Angeles’s urban streets through his artistic abilities since the age of 12, fusing his unique background & culture into his music coming of age in both Bangladesh and Los Angeles.

The video was directed by MOGZ & Produced by As if, Barry & Naif, 3 young producers from Los Angeles. The video was shot in lafayette park in the heart of the rampart district & was also shot in downtown LA. I shot the video spontaneously, We recorded the song the night before, the next day I grabbed a couple of my friends & shot the whole video, the next day after that I edited the whole thing & it was complete. I take pride in being control of my vision, from producing a record to directing the visuals for it. I think it’s one of the reasons I can really be successful.

I really wanted to describe what was happening in my life at the time. I have been working really hard, So the song “DIAMONDS” is just me describing how a Diamond is created through time. Metaphorically speaking through me “Grinding” which I repeat on the hook means working hard, the song is designed for the listener to be inspired to go out & get what they are striving for.

American-Swiss Hip-Hop duo Nefew continue to bring the good vibes and embrace the warm weather with their slick new video for “Brand New Summer,” the jazzy and upbeat single from their recently released EP, Slides.

It may be true that the season may be on its way out here in the States, but that doesn’t mean we and Nefew can’t enjoy one last hurrah. And for one half of the duo, Polemikk, that includes doing exactly what he wants because, hey, it’s a “Brand New Summer.” That includes chilling with the girl of his dreams, stunting with his boys in the streets, and just enjoying the sunny weather while it lasts.

The self directed visuals are both colorful and high-energy, and seamlessly match the track. BIO

With his spiritually inclined demeanor, Nick Sharma gained somewhat of a buzz at the onset of his recording career when he released his debut album Beautiful Space (2015). The album, showcases his versatality as an artist, combining densely packed, conscious lyrics, with a wide variety of genres, including Hip-Hop, neo-soul, jazz and even EDM. Features from Norwegian famous guest appearances by the likes of Anders Nilsen (Salsa Tequila), Sandeep Singh (Idol), Abu (Tabu with Abu), Nils m/skils (from the worldwide battle scene), Andreas Kjøll (Comet Kid) and Andrè Jensen (Skeez Tv), helped establish Sharma's presence in the Oslo's underground music-scene.

Producer/musician/Artist Sterlen Roberts started his career off working under the Jodeci camp with fellow artist Flo-rida and Kesyhia Cole. Since then sterlen has worked with many major artist. A few years later as a producer dropped a club banger She Works. Now he has teamed up with Candy Sheilds and pinned another soulful club hit "Tan Lines" to kick off the release of his new LP which he fully produced himself "I probably shouldn't". The album digs into Blacks lives matter, election politics all the way to his gospel roots and of course has your radio friendly joints for the club!! Rei - The Chief's Speech (Reverse Video)

New Zealand Hip Hop artist Rei is excited to bring to you his new single and accompanying music video, The Chief’s Speech. Rei’s 2nd NZ on Air funded single takes aim at ‘they’. ‘They is anyone who doubts you, who looks down on you for standing up and trying to make something of yourself. This song is all about having that chief mentality to overcome that kind of negativity.’ The fire and passion within this song is portrayed through the haka sample (also written by Rei) that plays throughout. This earth-trembling chant mixed with hard-hitting Hip Hop production and Rei’s melodic, confrontational vocals creates something never before heard in Hip Hop. The music video, shot entirely in reverse was a challenging project in which Rei had to learn all of his lyrics back to front. ‘It was like learning Russian’ says Rei. The Chief’s Speech is the second single from Rei’s debut studio album A Place To Stand due for release November 2016.
