Problematic Jam - It's Alright [Music Video Review]

“Problematic Jam is an Indie Rock trio inspired by Pst Psyche Punk and bands like The Pixies, The Cure, and Nirvana to name a few. The sound and this track are inspired by music past, but that is not to suggest ‘It’s Alright’ isn’t fresh and contemporary.

The track tips a hat to the past but taps into its own brand of energy and talent. The video takes the same tact and together the song and imagery adds a nice bit of wry humor to a song that feels like pure Rock and Roll. ”

Bones Owens - Old Time Low [Music Review]

“Bones Owens delivers an energetic American brand of sound with this track. ‘Old Time Low’ is about the morning after blues when you are fighting off that mix of hangover tinged regret. However, this is the musical equivalent of ... Hair of the Dog so when you wake up feeling rough after a hard night put this one on and sing your misgivings away. ”

The Stupid Reasons - Hot Springs [Music Review]

“The Stupid Reasons utilizes a bit of campy theatrics to deliver their track, ‘Hot Springs.’ By their own admission the song owes a tip fo the hat to David Lee Roth’s ‘Just a Gigolo,’ and it certainly delivers that same brand of tongue-in-cheek fun neatly packaged into an Indie Rock track. ”

Night Talks - Gasoline [Music Review]

“I’m a sucker for the timeless sound of a good Rock song and LA area band, NIght Talks know how to deliver exactly that.

’Gasoline’ is Indie Rock gold about the dangers of comparing yourself to others. The lyrics are a good reminder that we are all happiest when we are simply the person we are meant to be. ”

Bonfire - Tide Shadows (Feat. Ellysse Mason) [Music Review]

Sorry, Peach - why are you so scared? [Music Review]

“Sorry, PEach gives us a tranquil Indie track with tender vulnerable vocals early on to truly hook the listener emotionally. ‘Of course the question ‘why are you so scared?’ ... to love me, is one only asked when you find yourself in a vulnerable position so the feel is perfectly matched with the early lyrical build.

Sorry, Peach elevates the track and lets the music do more of the heavy lifting as the frustration takes over for the back half of the track. A masterfully crafted song.”

Gabrielle Grace x Cory Hale x Kinn - Intruder, Intruder [Music Review]

“Gabrielle Grace unveils a tender and emotional track about the struggle between hope and anxiety we all face. In reality, ‘Intruder, Intruder’ can be about anything threatening to consume and takeover your life. The nature of the performance feels vulnerable and real and allows for the listener’s mind to reflect on their own experiences and vulnerabilities. ”

Bad Flamingo - Miles [Music Review]

“Bad Flamingo is back with a new sinister and sexy track. ‘Miles’ continues the duo’s western tinged air of mysterious sensuality. This pair routinely offers new music that always leads with mod and vibe.

Making music you can have fun to beneath the sheets, or while taking a deep dive into your own psyche, Bad Flamingo taps into the more primal urges and thoughts coursing through us.”

Sitting on Saturn - Ticket to New York [Music Video Review]

“Sadly, we usually know when a relationship is doomed or even over long before we admit that fact out loud. Sitting on Saturn leans into that bit of human psyche with ‘Ticket to New York.’

The LA area Rockers are on tour with 311 this summer and pissed to hit that next level. Catch them now while you can and be part of the wave up.”

x reuben - h*** me [Music Review]

“London born artist x reuben traveled around Europe honing his talents as a busker. ‘h*** me’ is an introspective and emotional track that delves into a vulnerable look at lost love and the end of dreams.

The artist lays it out there with honest and genuine heart that keeps the song feeling emotionally tangible to the very last note.”

“Bad things happen in life and how we handle them really is what defines us. The same can be said of a relationship as we all need that person by our side that will ride out the storm with us. ‘Damage is Done’ by Vacation Manor is an ode to such a partnership and love.

The soft delivery is calming just as a partner needs to be in tumultuous times. The emotions ring true and this song provides a nice comfort for a crazy world we all live in.”
