“E. Lundquist is the recording name of Los Angeles composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Eric Borders. Lundquist has stamped his place in the musical landscape with funky throwback sounds and nostalgic approach to modern music.
’Wishing’ is the latest to carry that torch. The Contemporary R&B track utilizes the vocal of Kendra Morris to bring out the emotion and history of the genre though the track still has a modern feel lyrically and the Indie Rock sprinkles help solidify that fact while rounding out a fun groove and video that fits the mood with precision.”

“There is a bit of nostalgie to the sound of Adjenai’s single, ‘Early Morning,’ and perhaps that is appropriate given the looking back aspect of the song.
The LA artist takes on both impending grief and the aftermath in the track that was written as she was taking care of a loved one during their final days. The song is both intimate and universal at the same time and if that isn’t true art, I don’t know what is.”

“An honest heartfelt Alt Pop track from La based Chloe Caroline and Aussie, Jordan Anthony, ‘Existing’ is about love though it goes well beyond being a love song. This track is about appreciating your life alongside another. Well-writtena nd intricate at times the arrangement builds and pulls the listener along on the journey of life.”
“Los Angeles artist confronts societal noise with her track , ‘Right To Left.’ This Electro pop track is heavy on production a times but also offers social commentary on the societal trend of offering unsolicited advice on opinions even when you don’t have all the facts. Or any of the facts. The result is a bunch of meaningless noise and the track captures that with its at times chaotic production.”
“Tyler Shamy is a prolific songwriter with countless countless songs he’s written heard in movies and television. He’s also written global hits for other artists, and now he’s poised to be a breakout artist himself. ‘Potential’ is a song we can all relate to. A track about falling for who a person could be rather than who they are, delivered with heart and integrity, the song simply delivers a universal truth you can absolutely feel.”
“Slander is joined by William Beck on this track of tender vulnerability. ‘Back To U’ is a song about putting yourself out there even though doing so leaves you susceptible to heartbreak. The track is a reminder than the onlyw ay to truly live is to leave yourself exposed to the potential for pain. The writing is perfect and the performance emotions the vulnerability in a tangible way that makes you feel every note of this one.”
“avalon wrote this about her childhood best friend years after cutting her out of her life. It is an apology to ‘sydney’ but also a mixed bag of emotions. Part tribute, part, goodbye she never said, and part love letter for a meaningful relationship that will forever be part of avalon.
The vulnerability is tangible, and the talent undeniable.”

“From her original home in Puerto Rico to a stop in New York City, before ultimately landing in Los Angeles, Cely Riva has taken an enriching musical path.

“Written while watching the Olympics, this track is about achieving your goals after a life of hard work and dedication. “I’m a sucker for the timeless sound of a good Rock song and LA area band, NIght Talks know how to deliver exactly that.
’Gasoline’ is Indie Rock gold about the dangers of comparing yourself to others. The lyrics are a good reminder that we are all happiest when we are simply the person we are meant to be. ”
“Chloe Star is breaking the mold by redefining what a Pop Star is supposed to be. The 27-year-old singer, songwriter, visual artist, and tribal advocate split her time between Los Angeles and her family’s reservation in San Bernardino while growing up. This past year Chloe’s star has been on the rise, and she is now an in demand queer performer only a short time after making her official debut in 2023.
’TNT’ is a big bold party anthem that almost dares the listener to challenge the in your face lyrics. Of course Star is up to the challenge of proving she has nothing to hide and all the talent to shine. ”
“It can be easy to give too much of yourself and lose part of your identity in loving another. ‘Used To Breath’ from LA artist, Sophia Kaloustian is a Indie Pop track about reinventing or at least reinvigorating yourself on the other side of such a relationship.”
