June 11, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Electro Pop, Indie Pop
“Brooklyn based, bibette is reclaiming the word bitch in spectacular Electro pop glory. ‘Like a Bitch’ is a loud and proud anthem for any and everyone who has ever been called a bitch but proudly owns their own fabulous flamboyance.”

Ryann Ross - Irish Exit [Music Review]

May 15, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Pop, Alternative, Americana, Pop
“Say hello to Jersey born, LA based artist, Ryann Ross. Or better yet stop and listen to her artful and emotive delivery on ‘Irish Exit.’ No Irish goodbyes necessary as you will want to stay for the full ride.

As does much of the music that speak to me, this track blurs the genre lines. Alt/Indie Pop, or heartfelt Americana. I can make a case for either but why bother. The important things are the emotion and evocative delivery to sell those words in a way that makes feel as if you are actively living every word.”

Family Worship Center - Total Monet [Music Review]

May 15, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Americana, Indie Rock, Indie Pop
“Music is religion so it makes perfect sense this collective of talents goes by the name Family Worship Center. Named for a defunct religious group they describe themselves as a rock and roll soul commune. ‘Total Monet’ is a roots style bit of Americana about the artful way our minds blur the pain to make some memories feel like a masterpiece when in reality they are full of both good and bad.”

Lucy Frost - Lead Paint [Music Review]

May 15, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Rock, Indie Pop, Alternative, Pop
“This song is a bitter pill of truth we all face at some pint or another. ‘LEad Paint’ by Lucy Frost is a track about those moments of realization you have fucked up and wound up in a relationship that has zero potential for the future.

Delivered in a sweet almost baby doll brand of vocals, the track’s lyrical edge feels just that much sharper.”

Félix Collin - i still replay [Lyric Video Review]

May 15, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Pop, Alternative, Pop
“Félix Collin leans in on Indie/Alt Pop vibes to deliver ‘I still replay.’ The track is tender and vulnerable while also maintaining a distant loneliness to sell the emotion of the lyrics. The song deals with emotional attachment and an inability to move forward at least in a timely and healthy fashion.”

May 05, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Pop, Alternative, Pop
“Indie Pop covers a lot of ground but if you are looking for a quintessential track that fits the genre look no further. ‘Close Your Eyes’ from Wintur offers a timeless Indie Pop sound and style that is emotive and vulnerable and full of emotional nuance. With each listen you will peel back another layer and fall deeper in love with the track.”

Carbon City Lights - Certain Things Matter [Music Review]

May 05, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Rock, Indie Pop, Alternative, Rock
“Carbon City Lights shines bright with their latest Indie Rock release, ‘Certain Things Matter.’ The laid-back groove is brought forward by warm, reverb-soaked guitars, and poetic, emotionally grounded lyrics. The lyrics are about letting go and not succumbing the overwhelming world around us.”

                    Krystal - Tengo Stamina [Review]

May 03, 2026 by Kreadiv Kesh in Indie Rock, Indie Pop
“Tengo Stamina” is a bold, high-energy single that captures the mindset of a woman who knows her power and moves with purpose. Driven by confident vocals and an attitude-forward delivery, the track commands attention from the first beat. There’s a strong sense of self-assurance woven throughout, making it feel both empowering and unapologetic. It’s the kind of record that doesn’t just play it makes a statement”

Navah Sea x Maudsley -Laugh About It [Review]

May 03, 2026 by Kreadiv Kesh in Indie Rock, Indie Pop
“Laugh About It” feels like one of those records that doesn’t try too hard—and that’s exactly why it works. Navah Sea delivers a laid-back but emotionally aware performance, balancing introspection with a kind of quiet confidence. There’s a subtle duality in the tone: it’s reflective without being heavy, almost like choosing peace over pressure.

The production from MAUDSLEY leans minimal but intentional. The beat doesn’t overpower—it gives space. Smooth instrumentation, light bounce, and a mellow rhythm create a vibe that sits somewhere between late-night thinking and daytime cruising. It’s the kind of track that grows on you the more you sit with it.”

April 19, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music Videos, Indie Pop
“Some songs demand yous it up and listen. ‘THE REAPER’ from little image is a deeply human track that immerses the listener in a deluge of emotion, but it also instills a hint of hope to go along with the despair and grief. A meaningful track that stands out in the Indie Pop landscape with clarity and insight into the human psyche. ”

April 19, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Singer/Songwriter, Indie Rock, Indie Pop, Americana
“Band of Revelations hails from the UK though this track has a definite Americana vibe. ‘All The Way Home’ is a song about grief but rather than focusing on things as an ending the track offers some hope to go with the sadness and the band called it a song of new beginnings. Lyrically the track could be taken several different way and that is often the case with any well rendered art.”

“Noon unfurls a nostalgic Rock track that is at home in today’s mystical landscape but could have easily landed in 1983. The classic Rock vocals cut in this tale of a toxic relationship you can’t quite walk away from.”

“LOSTNOTE captures some nostalgic magic and meshes it with contemporary sensibilities. This Indie/Alt Pop track is lyrically sound and sonically pleasing. The track offers up nuance and depth that unveils itself with eacha nd every listen. This is a track that means more with each subsequent listen so add it to you playlists and enjoy the ride because there is plenty in the tank despite the track being called, ‘Fumes.’ ”

April 05, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Electro Pop, Indie Pop, Dance
“Originally from Cyprus but now based in LA, Blackbird fuses her Mediterranean background into a mix of exptic sounds and styles. Pro MAde This layers in Electro Dance production values to give this track an added energy that breathes further life into the track. ‘Burn It Down’ is a simmering exotic build that will scorch your soul with heat and talent.”

Scott Quinn - Overdrawn [Music Review]

April 05, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Pop
“British singer/songwriter and performer, Scott Quinn offers a tieless sound with ‘Overdrawn.’ Emotive vocals over a classic musical sound tell the story of a relationship ending that perhaps never should have gotten started in the first place. Sometimes love simply isn’t enough to sustain two people no matter how much we want to romanticize that idea.”

Bahar - I Always Knew That No One Would Love Me [Music Review]

March 22, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Indie Pop, Alternative, Pop
“Born in Istanbul but now living in the UK, Bahar is an accomplished INdie Singer/Songwriter ready to explode onto the Pop scene. ‘I Always Knew That No One Would Love Me’ starts with a soft, theatrical flair that builds into an emotionally explosive vulnerability that borders on anger and those are feelings we’ve all experienced while feeling insecure or jilted.”

Obed Padilla - Rainforest [Music Review]

March 22, 2026 by Travis Erwin in Music, Alternative, Indie Pop, Folk
“obed Padilla utilizes soft tender vocals to deliver the bi-lingual track, ‘Rainforest.’ The vocal style reminds me a bit of a Poppier Jack Johnson with a little Latin flair. Lyrically this song is about the acceptance stage of grief and much like that stage the track brings a calmness that is palpable.”
