“House is back in a big way in 2023 and Better is making that wave well… better. From the catchy vocal cutting through the perfectly side-chained production, to the chords setting the perfect bed of emotion, this record feels like summer in Ibiza. The record is hypnotic and understated, but has peaks and valleys in all the right places. Expect to hear this all summer.”
“R3HAb and INNA team up to put a new unique spin on Sash!’s iconic 90s hit ‘Ecuador.’ The build and beat are the same, though the vocals and lyrical build make this feel like a completely different song.
’Rock My Body’ is a high energy Dance Pop track with one foot in the past and one solidly here in the present. No the track isn’t reinventing anything, but it is highly danceable and a groove you will fall in on quickly.”
“Aiida unleashes a Pop gem with ‘Stupid Perfect.’ The energetic track is about second guessing a new love as that initial phase of euphoria slides into a warped brand of logic where you begin to ask yourself ... is this real? What am I missing? Nobody is this nice all the time.
Call it the Too Good To Be True Syndrome in musical form. And Aiida deliver the track with a fun tempo and melodic build that almost contradicts the mind games she’s plating on herself with self doubt. ”
“We all have a bit of ‘Dopamine Junkie’ in us, because we are all chasing those good feelings. This track about the gratifying high of discovering that perfect song that speaks to out heart and soul.
The production here is clean, and while the build is fairly subdued for the genre, the track does indeed take the listener on a ride. The vocals are in perfect balance with the beat and build making this a well rounded track that is easy to connect with. ”
“A sultry playful build is the earmark of “PL4Y” from REYSHA RAMI. This Electro Pop track has some vintage Madonna vibes mixed with a bit of Dua Lipa inspiration.
The song is on the shorter side, though it packs a lot of energy and verve into less than two minutes. Feels like a sexual hype track in the best of ways.”
“Francis On My Mind comes with a Pop Funk brand of energy that is impossible to not fall in on. There is just a hint of rasp in the vocals at times, and that gave me Miley vibes though nothing about ‘I’m Alright’ feels derivative. The track has a fresh, original vibe and an soaring uplifting spirit that will keep listeners coming back for repeat listens.
This song fits with so many different mindsets, that you’ll want to add it to numerous playlists.”
“Heartaches and breakups might be the most written about subject matter so it it is tough to stand out with those themes and yet, Morgan Lane in conjunction with the vocal talent of Bailey Jehl manages just that. ‘All In MY Head’ is about the disorienting feeling of seeing your former partner move on quickly and completely leaving you to wonder of what you felt was ... All in your head. ”
“VAVO has exploded recently so if they have been ‘Waitin’ In It,’ they don’t have to wait any longer. Coming on the heels of their smash hit, ‘Take Me Home,’ the duo is currently sitting on top of charts and the Dance Pop world.
This track has a slightly subdued feel that is the perfect follow and shows a bit of diversity that will help carry them a long way to longevity. ”
“This song feels like the 80s LA party scene mixed with the breaking vibes of the east coast. The vocalist shows both range and simplicity throughout the entirety of the song. Luna Melero’s “Ultimatum” is definitely a party starter.”
“Starting tranquil and almost serene, Only Bricks pulls the trigger about forty-five seconds in, and ‘Bang! Bang!’ the track explodes. The vibe goes back and forth keeping the listener on edge for what’s coming next, creating a danceable track with legs of its own.
The talent shines and fortunately the track delivers an arrangement that feels as unique as it does artful. ”
“While listening, the drop after the build up definitely caught me off guard, but in a good way!”
“Well put together production + a catchy hook makes “Turn My Body Up” a great listen!”
