Party Nails - Same Old Song [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“PArty Nails conjured memories of vintage Sheryl Crow for me on this track. Warm glowing vocals tell the story of looking for your former self out among the treesa nd coming to grips with who you are in the here and now.

The track rides the line between Indie Rock and more of a Songwriter/Americana vibe. The emion is nostalgic and poignant enough to hold the listener from the first listen, but there is certainly the depth to keep them coming back time and time again.”

The Kind - nashville [Music Review]

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

“The Kind is a male/female duo from the UK and it is clear they share a powerful chemistry that is tangible in their creative artistry.

’nashville’ is a song of yearning hope and vulnerability. An Alt Pop bit of emotional perfection that grips the mind, body, and soul to anyone that has ever experienced a deep, unrequited yearning. ”

R3HAB x Curley G x Crazy Donkey - Are You Happy Now [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“A slow build helps sell the emotion of ‘Are You Happy Now,’ and the talented vocals mesh well within the tight clean production of the track. The EDM track has more of a melancholy vibe, but is still the kind of track you can move and feel as you do so.”

Soul Survivors - You're The One [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“A Blues infused Retro Soul track probably isn’t what you are expecting to hear coming out of the Netherlands. Though that is exactly what Soul Survivors gives us.

’You’re The One’ is proof you don’t have to reinvent the wheel when you have a wealth of talent and infuse emotion and passion into your work. This track has a timeless quality that feels a bit like a warm hug for the soul.”

j.aaron - CA$H [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“A funky Electro Funk ode to cold hard ‘CA$H.’ j.aaron unleashes a sweet groove and build looking at the thing that dominates our world ... MONEY!

Doesn’t matter if your are flush, or broke this is a track that will give you something to dance about. So get up and move and don’t forget to get your hustle on to make that cash.”

Ice Meez - What It Do [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Ice Meez is bringing the West Coast vibes on his latest track, ‘What It Do.” Sharp lyrical punches land with precision and power, and the beat hooks the listener to pull them along.

Ice Meez knows how to create a vibe and he does so here with a skilled expertise. The track does a good job of fitting in the space between old school and contemporary and no matter the era this one simply hits.”

Jake Dillon - Winner [Music Review]

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

“Raw and emotional, Jake Dillon delivers this track alongside talented vocalists Giavanna. This track has an Indie Rock Singer/Songwriter vibe, but is also right at home in the the world of Americana. Well-written and delivered by both parties with an emotive force, ‘Winner’ is indeed exactly that.

Stripped down and spare in the best of ways, this is a song to both feel and listen to over and over again.”

Rhea Ray - Wild One [Music Review]

Rating: 3.5 out of 5

“A high energy Pop track with one foot planted in the retro sound of the 80s and the other here in the present to give the song a nice contemporary Commercial vibe.

Rhea Ray delivers a pleasing performance with ‘Wild One.’ The temp and build keep it all interesting though I did crave more lyrical depth overall. Still, this is a fun party time track about the roller coaster ride of infatuation and love and how we all crave another hit soon as the high fades. ”

Nazzy the Mic - Cheatin [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Nazzy the Mic is a talented young artis I have been keeping my eyes and ears on for awhile. Here in this track, Nazzy delivers a smooth unconventional love song. The flow is fire and while at times I craved less production to better allow the emotions to come through, the song is too good to let a small thing stop the world from digging in.

’Cheatin’ is a new twist on side pieces, and it comes from a voice the Rap world could use more of. Nazzy the Mic always delivers solid emotion especially for an artist so young.”

Ethan Buckner - Wavering [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“LA troubadour Ethan Buckner comes with a smooth Indie Pop Folk vibe on ‘Wavering.’ The musical side has a tasty and evocative feel that ranges from smooth oceanscapes to a mor theatrical brand of brooding and though that build the lyrical progression pulls the listener along for the ride.

This is a track to listen to on repeat to pick up on all the emotions and nuance and I am here for it.”

Madison Taylor - Golden Image [Music Review]

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

“The worn out cliche of love is blind is one we’ve all heard, but MAdison Taylor takes that idea farther with ‘Golden image,’

The track showcases Taylor’s talent and the idea that we all view our love interests with rose colored glasses rather than under the glare of reality is one that is true and this track puts an entertaining Indie Pop groove to the idea and perhaps the dangers of idolization.”

Joveth - Say My Name [Music Review]

Rating: 3.5 out of 5

“The talent and emotion carry this Alt Pop track. Joveth emotes the pian and loneliness on ‘Say My Name,’ and while the repetition of the chorus did carry on a beat longer than I wanted the overall track drips with feeling and passion.

Joveth is just beginning his musical journey and I look forward to seeing how high this talented artist can soar. ”

sixten - Atlantic [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Unresolved emotions and unrequited love are the earmarks of sixten’s latest release, ‘Atlantic.’ There is a touch of Stevie nicks in the vocal emotion thought he tone has more of a Miley vibe for me but really the sound the unique and stands on its own so comparison are not as apt in this case.

The lyrics convey the emotional distance and longing and the performance brings all of that home in a very digestible way making this an easy track to feel and experience. ”

Bad Flamingo - Parked in the Lot [Music Review]

Rating: 3.5 out of 5

“I have shared a nu7mber of tracks fromt he talented Bad Flamingo duo and they always bring that spaghetti western air of mystery to their tracks. This one starts out slow with a deep gravel and slowly grows into more of a simmering bit of attitude that grabs the listener by the throat.”

John Calvin - Saint Innocent [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“John Calvin has just enough gravel and grit in his vocals to keep things interesting without that being all you can hear. ‘Saint Innocent’ is a heartfelt and well-written Americana track and the emotions are tangible in a way few songs manage to pull off.

This is a song to feel as much as hear and I am eager to experience more offerings from this talented artist. ”

Honey Ironic - Bite My Nails [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“A hard charging Alt Pop track with energy and verve. Int he most glorious of fashions, Honey Ironic delivers pure Rock and Roll angst in ‘Bite My Nails.’

The track offers a timeless sound that could with ease fit within the musical landscape any of the last three decades. Her talent sells the emotions, and the production shines in bringing the musical energy out to compliment Honey Ironic’s stellar performance.”

Lila Holler - Not Mad [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“True love is often found in the sweet everyday moments and Lila Holler captures that magic with her single, ‘Not Mad.’
Delivered in a Dreamy Folk Pop sort of vibe, Holler highlights all the little things that reinforce the love she feels. The moments that define a relationship far more than the grand gestures and purposeful actions. Simply a sweet track, dripping with sentiment and emotion. ”

Maddie Regent - Sleeptalking [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Maddie Regent has a sweet undertone to her vocals, but this track definitely deals with some tough emotions and heavy problems. ‘Sleeptalking’ deals with self-sabotaging and doubt.

We’ve all experienced time where we should be happy or content but for whatever reason remain unsatisfied and unsettled. And the questions we then have to ask ourselves is why, and are those feelings warranted? ”

Liv Miraldi - Unfinished Business [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Liv Miralidi now calls LA home, but hails from Ohio originally. ‘Unfinished Business’ is a personal song for her.

Inspired by the death of music business powerhouse busbee, the track details the emotions of having a mission interrupted by a sudden death and how hard it can be to carry on alone. The song touches on grief and the fact the real world is not a movie where everything comes with a nice tidy ending.”

Chymes - Voodoo Doll [Music Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Aussie Alt-Pop stare Chymes is back putting a pin her her vocal prowess with ‘Voodoo Doll.’

The track delivers a hint of danger and a whole lot of sultry to the sound. Almost like vintage Britney, Chymes has a siren like effect onlistners as she draws them in ever closer with every line. ”
