Dami x Messenger - All I Know [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“In the face of haters and naysayers, sometimes all we have to hang onto is our our own stubborn determination and personal belief that we can get there. ‘All I Know’ is all about having the confidence and stamina to persevere when others say — give it up.

Dami and Messenger team up here to deliver this chilled vibe and laidback flow and in doing so they have proved any and all naysayers wrong, because they clearly have the talent and resolve to rise above the fray.”

Felly The Voice - Crazy Girls [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Felly The Voice is crazy in love for “Crazy Girls”. His new single is about his girl nagging and being all in his business. However, instead of ignoring her he loves her more. Where ever he is in the video she is right around the corner in his face but he wouldn’t trade her for nothing. He is whipped just as much as she is. The song can sound a bit funny but it makes sense”

Ice Meez - Mogul [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Repping Nor Cal, Ice Meez delivers his flow over an upbeat tempo that hooks and holds the listener. ‘Mogul’ is about taking the talent you possess, and the drive pushing you and using both to propel yourself beyond what is expected from the merely talented to legendary.

The flow brings energy and verve and the beat is one that will keep your head bobbing and your body moving. A no frills, no nonsense track that hits home with precision.”

MiQ The Burb Boy - B.O.M.B.S [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“MiQ The Burb Boy comes in with clear purpose and deliberate, slower flow that burns with steady passion before the arrangement takes a harder edge and builds into a fiery and emotional take. The earnest performance and strong writing make for an engaging track.

Add in a sneaky hook to the beat which helps tie the track together in a tangible way, and this single has everything you could want from a song with true punching power.”

Frank D - Mad [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Frank D taps into so much on this track. There is a bit of old school to the flow and delivery, but not so much the track truly feels retro. What it does feel is ... real.

’Mad’ is a track we can all relate to. The world has a way of beating us down and sometimes we have an exact reason for being mad while other we simply wake up that way from the pressure of the world we live in. This flow makes you feel like you are not alone in these struggles and that is what the best music does no matter the emotion being explored.”

Chadster - Sin (ft. 6LACK) [MUSIC VIDEO]

Rating: 3.5 out of 5

“Love is contagious and addicting but in Chadster’s new single with 6LACK it is sinful. The two explain how it can be wrong to love the wrong person but also feel good at the same time. It leaves you on a high and takes you away as if you are hypnotized.”

— Kreadiv Kesh - [LA On Lock Blogger]

“Always aiming to make “music of the future,” Chadster’s sound is fresh, innovative, and out of this world. His alter ego is even the self-proclaimed “president of the universe.” Chadster is quickly rising and has sights set on world domination. Stay tuned-in on this promising young artist.”

TweezDaSwaggyGod - Trip [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Offering a deeply personal take on the world, TweezDaSwaggyGodtakes us on a steady ‘Trip’ that hooks and engages start to finish. The flow is deliberate and impactful in its honest portrayal of his past and intended future. The delivery here has heart and the writing is genuine in its emotion and intent. The beat gets out of the way for the most part, but offers enough punch to help bring out the lyrical blows.”

Lil Migo - "Rumors 3" [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Lil Migo has a hard appeal. He vocally reminds me of Young Dolph to where the beat drops and there’s no hesitation in the flow. He digs deep into the ways of life and in his world its always go time. He switches it up to a more personal direction when he stops rapping and starts talking but he still keeps the vibe going. ”

DJ Five Venoms x Elijah The Boy - What I Said [Music Video Review]

Rating: 3.5 out of 5

“What I Said” lights up your speakers with an upbeat yet smooth tempo. Dj Five Venoms and Elijah The Boy goes straight into it. If you never experienced a night out with the crew this pretty much sums it up. It leaves you wanting more.”

Ronnie Rage - MazeRunner [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

“Ronnie Rage has the talent to pull off a soulful delivery that is both vulnerable and defiant at the same time. Conveying complex emotions is tough, even if you tackle one, but ‘MazeRunner’ is the rare track that brings a varied nuance that comes through in every listen in a slightly different way. The flow is clean and pure and borders on an RB type groove at times, but still instills a modern Hip-Hop vibe that makes Rage stand out from the crowd. ”

GEEK - Chicken Wing [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“This is one of those tracks I wanted to dismiss, but instead quickly found myself on the hook and moving along with the cadence and beat. This is pure ear worm type track that will stick with you even if you don’t want it to, but it is also the kind of song that gets people up on their feet and moving. The writing delivers some punches and the attitude of the performance carries those lines quite well.”

Breeze Davinci - Mind Games [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Breeze Davinci rides a smooth flow and an addictive beat to bring out ‘Mind Games.’ The vocals lean on the production dynamics a bit too much at times, leaving me craving more emotional resonance, but the impact still comes through enough for me to engage and stay tethered to the build. The writing and groove are strong and the track is one I will certainly add to a few different playlists.”

Karras - Owls - (42BUZZ Remix #1) [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Karras drops this track which conveys a nice October vibe both in its lyrical content and the brooding enchanted vibe of the beat and build. The tension is palpable and while this track might feel wrong for a sunny June day it is perfect for establishing those Halloween thoughts.

The construction has an old school vibe at times, but overall this one still feels contemporary and timed well for its release.”

problem solved x Reo Cragun - Go Right Now [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Fast-rising Amsterdam-based producer/songwriter, problem solved, and US vocalist, Reo Cragun, have dropped their incredible new collaboration, ‘Go Right Now.’ The track delivers a nice energy, as well as strong writing and a production to bring everything to life.

The varied sounds and styles blend well here, and while they do make this one tough to categorize genre wise, they also make it engaging and unique in that this track doesn’t sound exactly like half the other songs already out there.”

CHIBI LoyaltyOverLove - Trap Boo [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“The energy of this track caught me straight off, and then the vocal flow came with enough emotion to carry the day once that initial energy settled in. The confidence in the delivery, and the fact he’s clearly having fun dropping this flow makes it a pleasure to listen to.

This is one I’ll be adding to several playlists to have at the ready when I need that pick me up groove or to settle in and let the music wash away the day. ”

J. Oso - drop [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Bars for days. J. Oso drops this track which eschews a traditional hook, in favor of a steady barrage of hard hitting lines and each one lands and delivers a punch that fits perfectly with the mood and attitude of the writing. The beat production gets out of the way for the most part, but does add an underlying attitude which helps bring out the verve of the flow.”

Cliff Savage - Keep Trippin' [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Cliff Savage wanted to rep So Cal and his East Long Beach home with this track and the track drips with West Coast influence. The beat is smooth and establishes a mood that Savage further brings out with his steady tempo and delivery. This is a track that will stick in your head and keep you settled in a mood all day long. ”

LibFOREIGN - HUNNIT PROOF [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“LibFOREIGN delivers ‘HUNNIT PROOF’ with precision and passion — a combination that is not easy to achieve. The flow hits with emotion and meaning, but stays within itself to establish an easy groove that is varied and deliberate.

The writing shows confidence as well and comes with a deliberate swagger that sets off the track. I gave the track multiple listens and found new nuances with each go.”

Nazzy the Mic - Tired [Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Sixteen year old rapper, Nazzy the Mic comes with a smooth honesty that brings her flow to life. This Philly native is about the catch fire and ‘Tired’ could be the very track that lights the flame for this young rapper. The writing is strong and her delivery sells the words very well. There is no substitute for real genuine emotion pushing a flow, and this track boasts that very thing. ”

Chaii - Get It Done [Music Video Review]

Rating: 4 out of 5

“Chaii is clearly feeling it on her new track, ‘Get It Done,’ and that confidence is infectious as it hold the listener to this groove. The flow here permeates with attitude and verve and the cadence works well with the sultry purr of her tone.

The world is full of bad ass women and this one comes to you straight out of New Zealand.”
