“Where Da Sta$h takes me back to Methodman and Redman days. The flow is rhythmic and also tells a story. Each verse flows into the other while maintaining consistency. ”

“I like the intro and how the piano sets the mood. DA Waltz has a poetic delivery but also tells an engaging story. The beat has it on stance but everything comes together. ”
“Francis On My Mind comes with a Pop Funk brand of energy that is impossible to not fall in on. There is just a hint of rasp in the vocals at times, and that gave me Miley vibes though nothing about ‘I’m Alright’ feels derivative. The track has a fresh, original vibe and an soaring uplifting spirit that will keep listeners coming back for repeat listens.
This song fits with so many different mindsets, that you’ll want to add it to numerous playlists.”
“OnSake, in conjuntion with Maia Malancus traverses the line between pop and a pure EDM sound. I hear some ZZ Ward type blues lurking in the vocal tone, and the attitude drips both in the performance and the writing. ‘Badass Girl’ could be a breakup anthem or a self affirming reminder of your power and worth.
The track did drop off for me a bit on the backend and I was left craving more of that early verve, but still a single with merit.”
“Riding a beat and groove that soars and uplifts all on tis own, Rah-C layers in a passionate energetic flow that sweeps you into the saga that is this track. This is a hype track that will motivate and push you so a perfect add to a workout playlist or any other that you need to get you up and taking on the world. The writing is nuanced enough to give you new takes through multiple listens and keep you intrigued.”
“Mathilde Widding brings a vocal style that falls between ZZ Ward and Amy Winehouse so fans of either are likely to appreciate this engaging track.
’Stronger’ brings a soulful groove with a decided edge and tantalizing vocals that engage from the very start. Widding is a talent that will only continue to build and grow her powerful delivery so keep an ear on this rising star.”
“An every man anthem, ‘Left Right’ is about marching along to the demands of responsibility and adulthood. The track offers soaring vocals and an almost gospel like R& B soul that hits like the truth and hope at the same time.
Broadway B is passionate and the vocals sweep the listener up and along while the words make you want to shout AMEN! Not in a religious way, but in life -style.”
“This song has an erotic sound to it. It guides you with love and suspense. The beat is strong and the vocals are full of emotions. It leaves you wonder is the heart even safe at the end?”
“This is 80s/90s influenced rock at its finest. Raspy, almost spell bounding vocals over live band instrumentation. This song is pure nostalgic in a bottle. ”
“This is one of those tracks that sticks in your head all day thanks to a catchy, undeniable hook. Landing somewhere between Pop and a Retro Disco Funk, Madison Davenport adds another layer to already impressive resume as a successful actor. The lyrical build is somewhat predictable, but again oh so catchy and easy to join in and singalong.
This is the kind of track that often catches fire so don’t be surprised to hear this single all summer long.”
“Kate Thornbury’s vocals have a hint of Stevie Nicks thought he delivery style is a bit more Phoebe Bridgers or Brandi Carlile with an sound that falls between Indie Rock and Americana.
’Napkins’ starts with a bit of sunny nostalgia but takes a deeper darker turn as the track progress and the dreams that were once written on disposable napkins are long gone but the emotions of heartbreak linger on.”
“I was immediately intrigued by the subject matter and writing of this traditional Folk tune. Alaskan folksinger Annie Bartholomew spins a track detailing the hardships and survival of a frontier era sex worker.
In case you missed that, let me repeat it— we are talking about traditional Folk detailing the life of a Victorian era sex worker.
Originality points aside, Bartholomew unfurls her emotive vocal talent along with a lively musical build that really does tell a complete story in a short few minutes. And she does it with an engaging flair that will have me listening on repeat and digging in to hear more from this talented artist.”
“An Electro pop track about losing touch, though not that deep connection, with an old friends. The reminiscing tone of this track was intriguing and I feel like this is an underexplored theme in popular music. Alta Falls delivers a classic synth Pop sound with a modern contemporary twist.
The talent is what makes the track work, though for me the writing and unique subject and resulting emotions truly single this track out in a unique and refreshing way.”
“This song is a vibe. Melodic vocals, masterful engineering. The track has all the making of a great song. Subject driven, thought provoking lyrics mixed with beautifully delivered vocals. it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
“This song belongs on the big screen as an opening or closing credit. The eerie vocals over the constant drum beat give this song an enchanting vibe that lures the listener in. The guitar beautifully carries and keeps the pace of the song while the vocalist stay in the perfect pocket to make this a must listen. Soft rock instrumentation fused with popish vocals makes for a great listen it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
“The rawness of the vocals makes you feel as if you’re in the room with the artist as she delivers her vocals. An uptempo, emotionally charged head banger. The rawness and unpolished feel of the vocals and musical composition give this song a real personal feel. Great song to get up and move to.”
“This song somehow managed to marry heart breaking lyrics with energy filled production that make for a great listen. The lead vocalist beautifully dancing on top of the production with his raspy but soulful vocals. This song is a breath of fresh air. This is what new age love songs should sound like. ”
“The song is the essence of hip hop. The artist delivers timeless lyrics reminiscent of the early rap pioneers of the 90s. Real hip hop fans should definitely give this song a listen. The piano loop adds just enough emotion to compliment the raw lyrics from the artist. ”
“This track is one of those that feels light and airy and makes you feel good from the very first listen, only after you take a deeper lyrical dive do you realize the writing is a touch darker than the initial vibe. This juxtaposition makes the song all the more interesting, and means you can listen and appreciate the intent no matter your mindset or mood. Give this one a go, and let backo warm your ears with some sweet ‘Sunshine.’ ”
“Written from the perspective of a child, watching his parents’ marriage fall apart, ‘Full-Handed’ is a slow burn. A sad track that gave me modern Johnny Cash vibes. There are Country elements here but the track has an edge that better fits Rock. Maybe that lands it squarely int he Americana category but trying to pigeon-hole such a track is a waste of time. The emotions is relatable to all and the slow build here sneakily punches you in the gut. ”
